Autonomous Scout / Build + Programming Contributor

// Notes

My first year on Team 1771. I jumped in wherever the team needed help, splitting time across CAD, the physical build, and programming. My main job was autonomous scouting. Before every match I'd walk the pits to line up auton paths with our alliance partners so the drive team had a clear plan going in. Most of the year was about learning from the upperclassmen and earning a place on the team.

Second year, bigger role. The team gave me the chance to serve as Programming Lead and Driver. I wrote a lot of our code, kept helping on the build, and got to drive the robot through our competitions. The results this season belong to the whole team. I'm proud of the work I got to do alongside everyone else who made the robot run.
